Looking for a Guild

I'm currently looking for a new guild. I've been in 2 previous guilds (one had low numbers and was very inactive, the other had many numbers, but most were inactive and/or low levels).

I'm basically looking for an active guild that actually runs raids on a consistent basis (my other two guilds never ran raids because no one was high enough of a level)

Here are my characters:

Verna, (15 Bard, 3 Rogue, 2 Fighter)
Paavo, (5 Paladin, 3 Sorcerer, 2 Monk) (in the works --> battle sorcerer)
