add superior glaciation 9 to what?

If my understanding is correct, it is now possible to add superior glaciation 9 to any randomly looted item (with a ton of recipes and motes) with the Risia recipes. My question is, what should it be put on? Major ice lore dagger? Superior potency 6 item? Add both icy burst and superior glaciation to a vorpal, DPS or stat damaging weapon? Some article of clothing/armor/jewelery?

This could be answered in two ways. First, what would you do for yourself? Second, what would have the highest resale value?

That said - Major Ice Lore is the way to go, if you use a weapon for the lore. But it's only as a backup for the odd time that your Tevli's Sash isn't active, as the Sash is superior.
