You mean I LACK certain details? Like what? Gear perhaps? Gear is one of those things I will have to kind of figure out as I go. I am far more use to playing arcane casters and rogues so I'm not incredibly familiar with the kind of gear I will need for a fighter. I am thinking a couple of Lightning II weapons for greensteel. Minos for some extra HP/fort. Bloodstone for extra damage. A lot of the gear will be conditional though.

I may actually go with Neutral Good for alignment so I can use pure good since this is a build without UMD. I didn't take UMD because the character is more self-sufficient than a normal fighter with the healing dragonmarks. I might end up crafting a raise clickie to make up for my inability to raise dead. Obviously DPS is done through TWF with the khopesh (the DPS Weapon of Choice).

Not sure what other details you want. The build isn't really dependent on tomes aside from a +1 Dex tome used at level 3, which I won't have any difficulty acquiring. Aside from that, the best Str and Con tomes will be used as soon as they become available. I might use a +2 Int tome at level 7 to get a few more skill points, but I would probably spend those on Jump. The character isn't really an intimitank and will rely on DPS hate to grab aggro.

Well for me my build is working wonders i do some good dps with stunning blow but since it has paladin it doesnt lack healing and on the other hand has a high umd and a high intimadate which makes the build awsome. Honestly if u want true high dps then go barb.

But one question i do have as i go through is why u took quickdraw??

Also your missing hps, ac, skill points wer not justifiable touched on and etc.

Well, if you read a little more carefully, I never said I wanted "true high DPS." Honestly comments like "go barb" are not helpful. This isn't a max-DPS build. I'm not trying to set any DPS records. I just want something effective DPS-wise with a bit of self-sufficiency tossed in without having to spread my build points like a paladin or spring for UMD (especially with the necessary UMD gear grinding).

Quick Draw is for utility. Against multiple foes with different weaknesses it is helpful to be able to swap weapons quickly to deal with a different foe. Simple example: fighting fire mephits and ice mephits, I could swap between icy burst khopeshes and flaming burst khopeshes to take them down more quickly than if I were wielding shocking burst. The build is a fighter so I have a lot of feats to play around with. But if you have a better suggestion, I'm open to it.

Things like HP and AC are highly gear-dependent. I can post naked stats for those if you want, but I don't think they will be very helpful. Plus, I'm not to the stage where I really know all the gear I need for a fighter. As I said, I play arcane and rogues mostly. If you have some suggestions for the kind of items I should equip him with, I can get a little more detailed.
