Where is the Jester?

I have 6 Gold Festival Coins, 63 Silver Festival Coins, and 109 Cooper Festival Coins. I am getting hungry for some cookies and cake. Where is the Jester? I looked in all the usual locations as mentioned in DDO, but cannot find him.

yes, I have been pharming, the best place for coins the Haverdasher and Bonebite Hideout. IMHO.

See, here's the deal. House Orien was requisitioned by House Phiarlan to send Stormreach a jester for the festival. Problem is, House Orien was lazy and rather than charter an airship with House Lyrandar (who was really too busy shipping airships to Stormreach for sale to guilds in a greedy money grab for plat and astral diamonds), they took the easy way out and packaged him up for mail. Well, I'm sure you've all seen the House Orien mailbox stations lately. A lot of mail from the Auction House has been getting returned without the items attached. The problem is that the jester is STUCK inside the mailbox and the Coin Lords trying to ship the items back to you can't fit them in with the post. So they just drop the post inside, sans item, and pocket the item for redistribution to the giants, dragons, devils or what-have-you as part of their whole protection racket to keep them from overrunning the city. These items can later be found again the next time you run a raid. Or they might be found by a n00b who screams "LAWLZ! I tttotali urnd thish schweet item n u r teh SUK0RZ!!!!1" (Probably the latter)
