Problem With My Account

I've been trying to access my account with Turbine all day. I click My Account, but I keep getting this message.


Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /www/_vortex/1.3.5.15/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 349

Fatal error: Could not connect to database shared in /www/_vortex/1.3.5.15/db_common.inc.php on line 548

Anyone know what is going on? Is there a known issue with account access right now or is this unique to me?
