Long story short, been playin for a few weeks, messin with builds, and found one I like. Mech I, Kensai II, archer feats using light repeaters. At 10 (rogue 6 already) with a INT of 26 I am doing 25s on normal shots, 45s on crits, with a plain +5 and well that seems pretty good, epecially when all three shots land. Only two levels of fighter thus far, and two of ranger, basically I spray and prey.

Figure Kensai II and greater weapon spec will make it better. Other two levels are what I am unsure about, went ranger, figured TWF would make me a little more useful on the occasional quest where I run out of bolts. That plus Rapid Shot and a favored enemy seemed better than 2 more of rogue or fighter. Being able to use cure serious wands and with 100% chance has come in pretty handy as well.

Not lookin for help to finish the toon I am working on, will use a lesser wood + or whatever to fix this mess. So any help would be appreciated. Oh and if you could squeeze in Shot on the Run that would be useful, I tend to be running backwards alot with multiple monsters chasing me for some reason...

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.

I'm no pro but ill do my best with a few pointers.
The best thing about Kensai II imo is the +8 strength from power surge, however, repeaters don't benefit from this. What are the numbers on those 12 levels invested into fighter?
+3 to hit, +7 to damage. Bonuses to confirm criticals and extra damage. A buttload of feats.
To me, that seems like a lot of levels to invest. It should be remembered that a majority of your damage will usually come from alignment or elemental subtypes. Just wait till you pick up a holy light repeater of pure good which'll happen sooner or later then that +7 damage won't seem like such a big deal. You can also look forward to picking up a banishing and smiting repeater too and then your damage doesn't matter squat.
What does more levels of rogue get you? Extra damage from heavy vs light repeaters. Extra dex to help your to-hit value. A buttload of sneak attack damage. Sneaking skills, trap skills, other skills? Rogue bonus feats (you could look forward to doing 2 strength damage with every bolt).
A crazy suggestion would be an intelligence and wisdom based rogue mechanic. Zen archery, Insightful Reflexes, Slippery mind, Improved evasion, excellent spot/search/disable. Can splash a monk level for AC and toughness feat, 1 or 2 fighter for an extra feat and extra toughness or stay pure. What is that new capstone that I keep hearing about?

You shouldn't front load rogue too much because it will leave you lacking many points in crucial skills at later levels.
Better to get light repeaters as feat early and then use the free feat exchange once you got the mechanic PrE or just melee at the beginning.

You shouldn't kite in teams, as a multiclass rogue take diplomacy to shed aggro so your party members can land better hits, also allows you to sneak attack, thus increasing both your parties and your personal damage output.

I wouldn't take the 2 levels ranger, better get rogue to 8 for another 1d6+3 sa damage and improved uncanny dodge for better ac in tight spots and better trapsaves when doing the harder ones, with 12 fighter levels you are far from feat starved.

TWF isn't worth it unless you are willing to put some more feats into it, considering the amount of ranged feats necessary this isn't really worthwhile, especially since your strength won't be very good because you need high dex and int for those repeaters.

Here's a build that is very focused on ranged, having gtwf and stunning blow for backup. Note that the DC's aren't the best though because you lack raw strength. Depending on how often you want to melee you may want to raise that and lower int for it. Can't lower dex because its a prereq for imp precise shot which can dramatically up your damage versus multiple foes.

Only used a +1 strength tome which shouldn't be hard to aquire while leveling up.

A little bit of melee can go a long way ITWF and Finesse I hear work for your fists...but Deepwood Sniper and Mechanic included. You can dual weild if you wish. Only sneak attack bonuses went strictly to damage. Fire for Fists Wind For Springing Traps...uncentered with your crossbow if you don't fall over firing the thing.*Yark*
