So, even though they reversed the drop from major memnonic to greater on lamannia, they failed to change it for the live update.
IDK about the epic spell storing ring since I don't have one. Ofcourse, they didn't change the text description, still says Major, but the actual clicky graphic is for Greater.
Anyway, if you're actually interested in seeing a response from all your negative feedback, don't post it in these forums. Send all your negative feedback directly to WBs. If you want anything to really be done, you'll have to go above their heads.

Yeah.... WB will get right on undoing an accidental nerf to a single item in an online game owned by their newest child company.
Have you tested it to see what it is really doing? Could just as easily be the text is right with the wrong icon eh XD

My bauble says greater in one place and major in another yet when used gave a tad over 450, I would recommend using it a couple of times before coming in the forums ranting as it seems its just a description issue.

Read the update notes and known issues (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=150534). The text description is incorrect (like it's the first time that has ever happened). The bauble was not nerfed, just the description was changed incorrectly.
NEW - The Mysterious Bauble and Epic Ring of Spell Storing text descriptions are incorrect. Their actual effects have been unchanged from pre-Update 5 form.

You seem to think I mean complain about bauble, I do not. I mean all the 2000 complaint threads basically stating that Turbine has about 100 known bugs and issues as well as alienating their player base and almost completely ignoring their feedback.
Just suggesting that you're not going to get anything from telling Turbine about Turbine's lack of response to overwhelming negative feedback from the player base. WB just bought Turbine and would likely not be happy to find out that their investment is likely to not pay off when Turbine is alienating their player base by leaving bugs and known issues unaddressed while adding new content most people are against or at best only slightly in favor of.
Its not hard to see that Turbine has implementation and planning/design problems when you look at forum activity of laminnia about issues that are currenlty not wroking, yet they still go live. There are threads with 17,000 views and 5,000 replies of a negative nature. Add to that the the lack of response and the blatent disreguard of known bugs and you can see why WB might want to nudge Turbine to get its act together.

I am probably incorrect, just got confused since the clicky graphic was changed to greater, not the description. I didn't have a chance to test it since servers have been down so much since the update. We know they forget to update descriptions (like sup inferno pots give 75% bonus instead of stated 50%) , but usually the clicky actually does what it shows (i.e. sup inferno pot is sup inferno, not sup glaciation).

Seriously? I used to rant and rave because despite all his planning and hard work, the coyote never ate the road runner.
Got news for you - WB won't look at anything other than the bottom line. They care about forum ranters even less than Turbine (rightfully) does.

OK, OK... admittedly, Wiley had some hare-brained ideas, and he deserved it when they back-fired on him. But there were some really good ones that should have worked if WB hadn't arbitrarily changed the rules on him. Until he ran under the 40 ton boulder suspended in mid-air, that is...

I think thats the point, alienate a player base, leave known issues and bugs and you end up killing a mmo. Kill the mmo and there's your bottom line Phid.

Leaving known bugs doesn't automatically kill an MMO. In order for that to happen a sufficient irreplaceable (note that just simply losing players isn't enough - you need to be unable to replace them) number of the player base would have to leave. Last I noticed, you didn't say you were leaving. So do I assume that, while unhappy and "alienated", you're still playing?
