Ok so i want to build a drow paladin that uses a weapon in each hand,
I will be joining a PermaDeath guild ( cant buy from AH, other players, brokers etc , can only get what u loot )
So i dont want to aim for +6 items or any tomes etc i also dont have 32pt build.
For starting stats i was thinking:
STR:14
DEX:16
CON:13
INT:10
WIS10
CHA:16
Please tell me what feats i should get, weapons i should use and also if this is a very good build at all
I currently have only had this game for a week so i guess you could say im still fairly new, please give me feed back on this build. ( i dont know where the layout of the char builds that everyone uses is other wise i would try and fill it out )
Thanks in advance

well, first things first, drow only get 32 point build on 1st reincarnation.
now continuing, drow paladin is somewhat a good idea because..well, u do have to pay less for some of the main atributes for a twf paladin, that are dex and cha, but u will also need good con and good str. because str will b ur damage stat on this build, and con...well, ac u wont have, and if u have will hardly suffice for epic content or higer lvl quests, so more HP helps.
but we cant have it all on a 28 point can we? of course not.....so here is what i would do for ur build.... either u wait till u get to first reincarnate to then have at least a 32 pointer drow to toy with, which will give u better starting stats, or try removing that 1 con and 2 from wis to boost ur str to 16, because 14 is too low for a starting stat on str, specially if u dont see urself getting ur hands around a +6 str item and a +2 tome as soon as possible.
another idea if u really want to b a paladin and not starve on stats at ur first shot, would b trying thf first, because u will still lands some good dmgs, and u wont have dex to worry about, and if u manage to up it with tomes/items, even better, which will buy u more str/con for a starter stats. And considering that u are new to game for ur 1 week experience, twf will b sort of expensive for u since u will always have to buy 1 weapon for each hand. It pays off when u go swinging like crazy hitting mobs twice as fast, however, still expensive
as for feats, it varies with builds, but the basics u need to have are-> IC:Slash, toughness, power attack, 3 feats of ur chosen styles(either the chain* for thf, or the chain* for twf), 1 extra of ur choice, some ppl rather skill focus umd, some others rather extend for buffs, and even some rather stunning blow.( which i dont think to b that amazing considering the dc will rely entirelly on 10 + ur str mod) but the feats are pretty much those
enhancements, well, see which one of the PrEs pleases ur playstyle the most and go for it^^ (usually KoTC are the top choice folowed by a really tight margin by defender of syberis, because 1 will to evil invasive stuff to all evil outsiders it meets, and the other is a walking panzer that can take hit and laugh, hunter of the dead is neat too, but too centered around undead quests, all in all either path u chose of those 3, will b good, rest deppends on how u contribute to the group), see the pre reqs and try to meet them, because the fun of paladins is that their requirements for each one of those paths is only a line of enhancements, so u can change ur path whenever u please by resetting ur enhancements. But i advise u only going for ur PrE at lvl 12, where u can reset enhancements and get straight to tier 2, thats where most of them start to really be usefull.
now, for weps deppends on gameplay =S
for twf the top choise is kopeshes as far as i have seen on the foruns, now for thf, either falchion, or greataxe, greatsword is good as well, but i rather the other 2 because 1 has higher multiplier(axe), and the other higher crit range(falchion), but up to u again.
hope i helped, and if any players here have better advises please do give them ^^, my knowledge of game/end game content is still somewhat medium in terms, so if any more experienced player can help him that would b nice
observation: chain for twf = twf feat, imp twf, greater twf, for thf its the same deal replacing al twf for thf

I think you missed the permadeath part bunitchu :)
Nothing wrong with those starting stats Nexicus but I would put some into Wisdom, virtue, resist energy, and divine favor are great spells
Here is a tough to kill twf-pally that would use light armor and evasion with dual shortswords. Power Attack will make up for low strength and with high DEX you should hit just fine.

If he's new, odds are he doesn't have monk yet either. And joining a permadeath guild after only a week? Gutsy move, if not necessarily a wise one...
For a tome-free drow pally, I'd probably do this:

Didn't list them, but max ranks into UMD & Balance. First lvl-up into DEX for ITWF & GTWF; rest into STR. I'd prefer base STR 16 / WIS 8 so it ends STR 20, but I don't know how hard +6 WIS items are to come by for you live-off-the-land folks; WIS 10 gives you more wiggle room. Could split points between STR & CHA so you can take Divine Might 3; personally I'd rather have +1 to-hit & dmg than +2 burst dmg, but it's your call.
For weapons you'll focus on rapiers, though keep a short sword handy for your offhand if you have trouble hitting. Once you get Holy Sword (paladin 14), you'll be using that a lot to make rapiers until you can craft or find something better.
EDIT: can switch Extend and PA; depends on whether you want longer Zeals or higher base dmg first.

Thanks for all your help, no i dont have monk yet so thanks for making that build for me, i'll try it out and hope its a good one =)
Quick Question: do i need 14 base Wis to cast the spells or can i have 14 boosted with items??

First of all you should not use short swords if you have a drow. Crit range is extremely important if you want those double smites so go for the rapiers or schimitars. Drows get enchantments for rapiers to i would say go for those.
Second you wont need base wis to use spells. You can use items to boost your wisdom. This is the reason that most twf drow pallies go for 8 starting wisdom. with a +6 item you get 14 wisdom and can cast anything you normally would be able to. This would also give you 2 more stat points to put in either cha or str.
Maybe 12 to constitution and 8 in wisdom so you could get 16 starting in str. Missing your enemies will be your biggest annoyance as you level up, atleast if you use power attack so make sure your to hit is as high as possible.
Ofcourse since youre joining permadeath i can clearly see the argument to have as high con as possible. Guess this is a choice youll have to make ;)

Items, tomes, and enhancements all count towards your WIS 14 requirement for lvl 4 spells; so does the 30-min Owl's Wisdom buff from House Phiarlan, IIRC, though that's obviously temporary. Like escapeartist says, most paladin builds dump-stat WIS and rely on a +6 WIS item (or +2 WIS tome +4 WIS item) to hit 14; but I don't know how hard that would be to come by for a new char in a permadeath guild, so it's risky. [Frankly, your char may well be dead long before it becomes an issue. :p] Likewise, most drow paladin builds start with DEX 16 and take a +1 DEX tome; but there's no way to guarantee you'd find one before lvl 6 AFAIK, hence the lvl-up point I put into DEX.
