I'm glad it was low level stuff I was too lazy to sell to a broker.

yeah i posted a bug cause it has a red button saying report a bug .. but i cant find any make a ticket buttons to get in game help like that so ive been tryin to find one but im nto the only 1 with this issue

On a related error, sold auctions before update do have the plat in the mail but the text of the message is missing.

Just for future reference..

DO NOT use the AH or any other ingame transaction (mail, ddo store etc etc) until at least 5 days after an update.

Just personal experience.

I just checked my mail from some expired auctions and have this same problem. no items in the posted mail. :(

I guess I need to start reading the Lamannia server posts to see what bugs were uncovered by the player base but not going to be fixed before being deployed to the live servers.

Oh well it is just pixels (isn't it?).

Well yes it's all 1's and 0's in the beginning and the end.. Yet all my effort to turn complex combination's of 1's and 0' into nice uniform 0's, is only so I could pile up a mighty pile of shiny 1's and 0's, which later I might trade to someone for other utility combination's of 1's and 0's, to further my pursuit of crushing the aforementioned complex combination's of 1's and 0's.

I'm curious how you did that as I can't find the "submit ticket" prompt anywhere. I submitted a bug report but I understand, besides the generic "thanks for submitting..." I wont be receiving a reply.

Having the very same issue, expired auction return mails are just empty, no trail of the item. Submitted a bug report about it.

If a GM said it'd take a few days, they might be too late for a lot of opened mails because those only stay in the account for 5 days.

At least I'm not downgraded to f2p this time, yay!

Same problem ... I lost a +3 strength sapping shortsword of pure good ... nothing to uber, but still ... I bugged it.

I was able to detach the cash but not sure if it was added to my "wallet". I assume it did.

I wonder when Turbine will start getting serious about how they handle bug reports, how they treat player's feedback in general, and how they test the updates before going live...

I want to play the game, not to be a beta-tester. I want to have fun, not get mad with such bugs!

Are you sure? I didn't check that, i thought since i could detach the money (contrary to the items) they would be added to my total...

Seems like i should cancel all my auctions, cause i didn't cancel those that won't expire soon in the hopes that they might sell...

Turbine u posted something yesterday that u were fixing this .. are we thinking of a process or how to undo this or something ? what is taking over a day to do ? I mean how much u guys make for all ur subscriptions, dont u have some really smart people that should be able to figure this out ? If not u need to hire some people that have enough brains to figure this stuff out .

I received the cash for all my sold auctions, and the ones that were expired did not show the attachment icon so I have yet to open them (I assume nothing is attached). They should stay in my mailbox for a couple of weeks that way.

I dont' know what, if anything, they plan to do about the missing items. I am not sure if they can retrieve them or not. I suspect 'not'. No big deal to me, personally, as the stuff that was gone was pretty much just trash as far as my characters are concerned (but my trash is another's treasure).

I do suspect tho that this hits people that were using the auction house as '3-day storage' might have been hit VERY hard. :o

ok that hotfix didnt give me my stuff back .. where is my stuff .. i havent touched 2 chars since the patch cause of this bug .. and have no where to put anything i get from other chars .. severly hampering my game play

If 0 still equals nothing (I know, the question of zero is advanced mathematics, but let's break it down to that) you in fact managed to transform my auctioned items into nice uniform 0s. A whole bunch of them.

So please give me back my stuff. And then go and find the Theory of Everything. The 11-dimensional M-theory shouldn't be that much of a problem for you after that accomplishment.

Oh yeah, I am sure, the detach hole was actually blank (even though the mail told me what it sold for) but I hit it anyway and received some error message
