Got the:

"From: Stormreach Auction House
Subject: Auction Expired

An auction (20 Shreds of Tapestry) you had posted has expired. Enclosed is the parcel you had posted."

With no item attached."

Email in my mailbox without the item attached to it.

Yep happened to me too. I made a ticket for it, but then I was booted form world and now the Khyber server is down.

I guess that means they are fixing stuff. hehe

You click on HELP, then at the bottom you can "Submit a Ticket" or some wording to that effect. Then hopefully a dev will get back to you.

Although right now I am guessing they have their hands full trying to fix a lot more things.

[EDIT] Actually, you can now just click on the "?" at the end of the menu hotbar, which is now a direct link to the Help Panel. :)

hmm.. seems widespread as my other character had 4 items expired with no item in the mail.

By the way, one of auction sold letters had a "String Table Error= Table DID" message inside it. Nothing else.

I tried opening a ticket, I cant. So im practically screwed out of the items I put on there, but at least I got my winnings from my biggest items.

Also seems that all items that expire experience the same so lost several more items.. and canceling all my auctions taht are axpiring within a day.

Also happens for items posted since update, not only items posted before.

this also happened to me, lost only one item luckly - and creat a new ingame support ticket is also no longer available in the help menu

Items are still missing after the latest update. Only 2 more days before the messages disappear.

They are working on a fix, although the problem would miraculously disappear 3 weeks after the Update 5 went live.
