New Intro Movie?

I am currently downloading and decrypting a rather large file named ddo_intro_cinematic.blk. Is this a new intro movie?

Can anyone who has finished the update confirm one way or the other?

If you read the release notes, youprobably just glanced over that the movie got re-compressed to 50% of its original size.

So as far as the game is concerned, your old file is corrupt and must be dl'ed again to be fixed.
