Body feat on a sorcerer?

Is this a giant waste of a feat? (which I think it is...) or does body feats on a sorc reasonable?

Don't take a body feat. Take something else. With the base Composite plating you can get rid of your arcane spell failure chance with one or two Ap(can't remember how much it costs off the top of my head)

Also, Sorcs need to take careful stock of their feats, they don't get many :D
