Names and Titles?

Starting to think about a character name and am wondering if DDO has titles awarded for lvling or quests. I don't want to name my character (example) Sven the Death Dealer or Tod the Scout if a title like these already is attainable in-game. i.e.wouldn't want to end up Tod the Scout Scout. Sorry if this seems silly but names are important. In the case of above I would; if titles are available in-game, name my toon something like Tod Strongbow and go after the scout title.

There are no titles in DDO, other than the ones you make a part of your name (ex. "Sleepingcap the awesome").

That was cool in Basic through Champion editions of D&D when you did have titles.
