Active Subscription issue?

the username entered does not have an active DDO subscription please try another username

Can anyone please tell me how i can fix this i left for a break a long break took my credit card info off of the account and came back wanting to play that account as a free player but it never lets me on it

Can someone explain how i can get it to fix without paying for a subscription i just wanna play the account as a free player

whole day still no answer -.- i am just wondering whether i am screwed on losing 2 lvl 15+ characters geared well and losing alot of alts i just wanted my account to be from vip to free player but now my account just dosnt work i still await an answer from a staff or someone helpful

Not sure if this is of any use but I am VIP and in England. I have been having loggin issues since last night and still cant get online :( I did get online once this morning but couldn't open any mail and had lag that made it completely unplayable. It could be a issue with the server and as its weekend it may not get fixed very quick.

lol m8 i have had this issue for awhile now and i dont wanna have to pay just to play my regular account that i worked my butt off on I unlocked 32point build and other things without buying and i really dont wanna have to do it all over from scrap i had alot on these characters i just wanted to play this account free but it seems something happened to my account no support ppl or staff have responded just yet and maybe if im lucky they will provide usefull information and not tell me im screwed =p

I just wanted to return from a break play this acc free but now everytime i try to log on BAM error -.- it makes me mad because i worked a long time on them characters

As noted here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=212326), the forums are NOT a place to request official assistance. We also can't help with your specific account here.

You may have more than one Turbine account, such as one for DDO and one for LOTRO, each with separate usernames. If you try to log into DDO with the username that is only associated with LOTRO, you'll get that error message. If you can't remember your DDO login, please contact the Account Management department, and they will be happy to help you.

Please do note that your forum login is not the same as your game login. The username and password you use for the Account Management website (for a specific game) will be the same as your game login.
