Very odd bugs in Shroud and TOD

Yesterday on Thelanis we ran a Shroud and the barrier on the 3X3 in the NE kept going up and down even after it was done and water was put in. Multiple people saw this happen.

Later when we ran TOD half the party could not see the Horned Devil in part 3 but could see everything else. I've been in plenty of TODs and Shrouds and this has never happened befor. Strange things are afoot. This happened on 2 runs that night.

Sorry, that was my fault. With the lag between updates, I always get tempted to carry out various shenanigans. I found a secret portal in Korthos that can be entered to get into a special Dev/Turine area that allows such shenanigans to be played on other groups. Oddly enough, before I could mess with your group, I had to wait for Tarant to finish DC'ing someone on epic VON6 to cause a party wipe. Good times.
