Missing items after recalling

I got 3 or 4 white dragon scales in TOR at around 4am Sat June 19, but cannot for the life of me find them in my inventory (pack/bag). It clearly said "you put them into your collectibles bag", I recalled and then checked and they were nowhere to be found.

Can someone check the logs and see what happened to the scales?

Did you try looking in your collectibles bag? The bright red one in your inventory? Double-click it to open it up and see presents inside....

Make sure that all sub levels in the collectible bags are expanded. Occasionally one may get compressed and easily passed over. In addition, I would recommend (based on the bag size) making enough inventory room and systematically move each item into your inventory and inspect each as you put them back in.

(If space is an issue, dump the first 5 items into inventory, and then place them back in. This will force them to the bottom of the collection list if there are no remaining items of that category (either the turn-in location/npc or the broad definition of what type the collectible is) left in the bag, allowing you to slowly cycle through the bags contents methodically)


Most often its an issue of the object just not catching your eye than the item being lost.
