So why would turbime release PrE's and not complete them? For ex the new shintao monk and radiant servant...

Also leave classes like the barbarian only one choice with Frenzy berserker. I think it would be smart to get out all classe's PrE's as fast as posible to try and cut out the builds that are so one dimentional. i mean there are some choices like going THF or TWF, Toughness or SB for the barbarian...But every barbarian has cleave(so useless) to beable to pick up FB....

Just seems to me its a tatic of tryin to release peice bye peice to try and extend the content but in turn aggravating alot of players...

A little bit...

But also the fact that releasing these things take time. You don't just come with them at the drop of the hat, design them, balance them, code them, quality check them, test them, rebalance, recheck, etc. and then finally release ALL OF THEM AT ONCE in less than 2 months on top of the other content being released.

Besides, it's more than we had last updated. Why complain?

because if they would finish it they would also have to add a tod ring set effect for tier3

and as turbine lacks imagination in such things, they left it out

I suspect it's more a problem of development time than just imagination.

It is one of the most time consuming things to develop, and "get right" - just take a look at how monks were when once released - they REALLY missed the mark on those at release time (since then mostly fixed)

Heck they still haven't gotten Pale Master "right" either. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE new PrEs and I want more as soon as possible, but that does not mean I can't appreciate the effort involved. Now, if I got to choose between all the new PrEs or say Druids... well, that's a tough one. Depends if they plan to release a drop-dead awesome wizard and sorcerer PrC :)
