My account won't upgrdae to Premium!!!??

Hi,

Hi have spent at least $150 in the DDO store on points to buy various adventure packs, 32 point builds etc.

However my account stays as a free account! Why does it not upgrade to premium! I need it to go premium so I can carry around a bit more plat etc.

Please hep turbine, otherwise it will be pointless for me to play if it stays free!

I do NOT use my Credit Card - I use Pay By Mobile. It is safer :-)
