Have seen some concerns regarding popups here - but according to my own experience (and the replies to similiar threads). DDO.com does not seems to have any pop-up ads. So the problem is either with your browser or some stuff that shouldn't be on your computer. Worth running an ad-aware check on your pc and seeing if it solves it - if not, try using some popup blocker plugin on Firefox.

Hmmmmmmm...
I'll take your advice and check it out but...
I'm using firefox. I'm pretty careful. I'm up to date with Norton and have no other issues. Pop-up blocker is up.
Has no one else encountered the blue floating survey that floats from the right to the left of your screen before stopping?
Thanks for advice, I'll consider that possibility.

I have never seen any floating ads. My pop blocker is on, and all appears okie dokie!

I usually don't make "Can we get rid of" comments.
But can we get rid of the Pop-Up adds that scroll across the screen?
Or maybe its a survey. I hate when advertisers try and trick you into clicking their stuff.
I'm pretty sure they make stuff move so you accidentally click on the wrong thing trying to close them and instead open them.
I know I've accidentally clicked the banner adds trying to close that big blue floating moving thingy.
It's annoying being tricked.
If I am interested in the ads I'll click on them. I don't need help clicking them or seeing them.
I see them just fine.
(note - I have no problem with ads, just not the deceptive "your the 1000000th person!" trickery types)
Firefox and Adblock never see annoying ads again...that is all.
This has been a PSA.

No doubt. I have both. Don't leave home with out 'em.
Thanks for feedback yous twos.
It seems I allowed an exception for this site somewhere along the way. (can't imagine what for :P )
Hopefully that takes care of it.
Thanks again.

maybe you just need another filter rule/file.
