Not sure what your goals are with this build, but did you consider a splash?

The Cap stone for Bards is not great for a warchanter, and I love the way my 1 level of barb is working out so far (low enough and still trying to decide if I want to go 2 Barb or 1barb/1fighter).

It looks pretty good, but when you get close to level 20, you ought to give quicken a try. Sometimes, you can't back out of combat to throw the life-saving heal. It would be hard to live without on a character with maximize and empower healing. Personally, I'd rather live without empower healing than without quicken.

The goal is to have good DPS but also a completely competent healer. Sort of take either role as needed
