It would be cool if everyone posting prior to the release of U5 who thinks their game experience is going to be ruined could at least post evidence from Lamannia.

Just reading what others have said and extrapolating is probably not the best way to judge new content. You might want to try the following:

ACTUALLY PLAYING IT AND DECIDING FOR YOURSELF. How many people have hated new content because they were afraid they'd be heckled for saying it wasn't terrible? I doubt we'll ever know.

And try not to forget the following bit of advice:

IT'S JUST A GAME.

I believe I caused the sky to fall this time. I was playing around with Meteor Swarm on a sorcerer in Lamannia and the 4th meteor (which now appears for a sorcerer, so long as quicken isn't on) knocked the sky down.

Judging from this post complaining about complaining, and the myriad other posts that have been made these past two weeks by others doing the same, I would say more people are being heckled for voicing negative opinions than for voicing positive ones about Lam. I haven't seen a thread yet complaining about NOT complaining.

I haven’t seen many people (anyone) making threads negatively directed solely at positive commentary, but about a dozen (like yours) who have taken various positions against those always unnamed people they feel are overreacting negatively and making fun of them in a roundabout way.

To make a long story short I see a lot of threads with this type of language “OMG THE SKY IS FALLING WAH WAH WAH, GET OVER IT IT’S JUST A GAME” and not many threads with this type of language “OMG EVERYTHING IS PERFECT I LOVE LAM, GET OVER IT BROWNOSING FANBOIS”

So, not seeing people heckling people with positive commentary, as you suggest, and seeing many people heckling those with negative commentary.

This is all just a personal observation by me, however.

I am going to wait to see how bad it really is in truth when it goes live before making any decisions. I have a level 18 rogue that is sitting patiently on the sidelines before I continue on the current path. She's not uber geared, has craptastic luck with getting any sort of decent weapons so it's probably gonna suck big time for me since she is my favorite one to play. If it is as bad as most of the poplation is screaming then I'll struggle to get her to 20 and TR her as a caster since playing a non twf rogue just doesn't suit my playstyle. I don't play TWF because it's uber, I've never had the gear to be uber, but for me a TWF rogue just fits. It's all about being super sneaky and putting the pointy end of my rapier/short sword into the bad guys. I already can't do any raids beyond VoN because zomg I don't have BB's, I can only imagine that once the update hits it will be zomg you're TWF sorry we're looking for THF/Casters - so I'll continue to beat my head against the wall in boredom/frustration at having to continue to level up via slayers/rares until she hits 20. I might TR her as a cleric or FvS, I mean healers are always needed right? If it really is as bad as they say I might just splurge and blow my 7k of turbine points and quit the game. But I've not decided anything yet, I'm waiting to see how it all plays out.
