Ftp plat limit

I was womdering about the plat limit for a ftp player(my friend just started).

1: does it change from lvl to lvl?
2: if so, whats the limit at each limit

Starts at 1250plat at lvl 1, and doubles every level until you hit the true maximum of 4.294million plat, right around lvl 13.
