Questions on Upcoming Changes Dwarven Defender

I'm interested in the Dwarven Defender PrE and was wondering what the requirements might be.

If I missed the link in my search think you could post it here?

If not, some insightful speculation is welcome.

Also was wondering if Warchanter Tier II and Tier III are being released this upcoming mod and what the changes will be.

Again, if no one knows, some insightful speculation is welcome.

Update 5 is already out on Lamannia and a preview of the update can be found here: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=206066.

Though the race prestige classes had been mentioned, a release date has not been set. Same for the incomplete prestige classes thus far.

dwarves will have the ability to sing while drunk.

Reincarnated dwarves will take on appearances of halflings

Dwarven defenders will rule all but those silly elves who just sit there and sing..
