View Full Version : Inventory issue- Necklaces

Anyone else have this issue?
For the last fews all of my non bound necklaces have turned invisible and unselectable on all of my characters on Thelanis.
They are still their in my inventory showing as a empty slot but i cannot do anything with them. On my toolbar where the necklace was I can hover over the blank space and see the details of the necklace
I even bought a necky off the ah, detached it and it disappeared
I've bug reported this.. is this the right place to report it? I'd rather the issue was resolved asap as its affecting quite a few of my builds

Posting here performs a service to the playerbase that reads the forums... It lets us know that someone had a certain experience and alerts us to watch out for a similar occurrence, but it doesn't guarantee that anyone with any clout at Turbine will be made aware of the issue.
In order to let the proper Turbine group know about the issue you should open an in-game bug report. Most likely you will only see a generic e-mail thanking you for the report but at least the issue will be documented and sent to the group who can investigate.
To get to the bug report screen click on the "Options" icon in the panel bar and select "Help".
I hope this helps you regain the use of your items and recover any that were lost.

thanks for the reply , most appreciated. I had already bug reported the issue, but wasn't sure if there was a nother way, to me BUg reports give me the impression that the problem sits in a very long queue before being looked at

Guys any chance of a response from this by turbine, not heard a thing from my bug report a Gm has been no help , for 10 days now i've had the use of only bound necklaces in game on all my characters, can someone please help me find a home for this issue that resolves it in a timely manner
