So I'm a new player, and after playing F2P over the weekend, I bought me some Turbine Points. I had enough to purchase the 32 stat point package, so I did. Can I now put 4 more points into my 28-point character? If so, how?
Sorry if the answer is already out there - tried a search but my search-fu is weak.

No, the new build point structure will only apply if you re-roll a new character as far as I'm aware.

The 32-point only applies to NEW characters created upon creation screen. It will automatically be applied when you create it. You cannot add points to your existing 28 point character with this.

However, after you have 32 pt builds unlocked you can do a greater reincarnation and upgrade an existing 28 pt build to 32 pt.

yeah. that was the better option imo. no point wasting TP to reincarnate a lvl 3
