two weapon fighter build

just made a build for a dual-weapon dps fighter and I would welcome some advice.

(28 pt)
abilities: str18, dex16, con10, cha8, int8, wis8.
skills: jump, heal.
feats (1st lvl): two-weapon fighting, oversized two-weapon fighting, dodge.
feats (2nd lvl): weapon proficiency (kopesh).

thats as far as I have gone and I would like some advice on later levels

I have checked out the new combat changes and I do not understand how my character would not fit well with the updates. though getting ranger temest would be kinda cool for the extra trigger chance, I think I will stick with this character

10 CON is a bad idea; most suggest at least 14, preferably more if you've got the build points for it.

If you want a TWF pure fighter, I would start with tihocan's Whirlwind Fighter (http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p=2883250&postcount=92) build.

I have taken 1 more fighter level and a barb level. chose str as ability. I think I may get another barb level for the dmg reduction or should I continue getting fighter levels?
