With the +5 hearts appearing that limited time in the DDO store it is apparent that you guys did code ahead for the future, allowing you to specify non-True reincarnation as a method with multiple implementations.

Heres what to do since you are changing core mechanics and it mainly appears to upset people that these changes will happen and if it negatively impacts them and their play experience, the only way to fix it is to shell out more money (per character) to the company that made the change in the first place without offering at least an alternative:

[]Grant a onetime +19 lesser heart of wood to the characters affected (namely TWF since the THF change I see as a bug fix to fix an abused glitch in the system for greater DPS than was originally intended)
[]Make said heart have a duration of something like two weeks from the time the account is accessed post U5 before it automatically destroys itself/becomes unusable (you have the tech for it from the guild augmentation crystals)

OR

[]Set Fred to give extra free token feat respecs that do not invoke the cooldown timer
(NOTE: This option, while more controlled, does not allow players to fix stats to allow a change to the alternate feat chain)

OR

[]Continue to do nothing (or not communicate that something is in play) and harm customer relations

The concept of a free respec when a major chain occurs is not unheard of in other games. Most have mechanics ingame to allow such when a change occurs that the players have no direct control over. Offering them at least a consolation would do wonders for the current PR situation.

I think giving us +19 lesser heart, is a really good option, some build will be totally broken after this update (like 12cleric/6ranger/2monk and all other how include 6 ranger level).

Normally I would suggest something a bit more controlled than a heart of such a high plus value....but from the blackbox view I have, they don't have a more concise/efficient way of handling such a change....at least not within the timetable they want to push.
