key to grotto cave

The Key is all the way at the bottom of the pool in the center of the room.

If you mean the first door, you don't need a key for that, you climb a ladder over it and pull a lever on the other side.

The room where you fought a lot of Sahuagin does need a key, it is in the water in the middle of the room (and nothing shallow about that water, you will have to dive. Remember to press space to get back up).

The door with the trap, your halfling friend can disable that, then you can just open it. Most other doors have a lever nearby to open them.
