guild promotion

I am in the process of transfer the leadership role from one toon to another one, because I played the latter more. I named the second toon as a successor, how do I now make her the leader of the guild? Thank you. Never had to do this before. Please advise. Thank you.

You might want to wait until update 5.

Guild stuff has been updated and I noticed the following when I created a guild and invited a friend into it. I gave him succesor rights and when he logged on to an alt and I invited that alt to the guild, that alt was automatically given succesor status. I haven't played enough to see if I put an alt into the guild that I would be given leader status on all alts.

You could check lammaland. If you haven't I will try again tonight to see.

you just need to resign. You're current leader will become an officer and successor takes over
