Unable to intereact with a Key Quest NPC

After completing SoS for the 4-5th time on Chelos I was unable to interact with
Vorace <Draconic Scholar> despite:

Having Completed all quest pre reqs (three flagging quests, essences, gems, SoS)
Having used him in the past
Having Ample Draconic runes
Not reincarnating Chelos

I am unable to even get a dialogue box from him, despite the fact he displays his normal chalice as normal.

I have:

Tried logging in and out
Tried a few days apart
Tried completing SoS without any essences from him


to no effect.

Despite being a Premium Player I was unable to use the ingame help (though I do believe I am still within the range of days via point purchasing)

Any assistance in the above matter would be greatly appreciated.

It's quite obvious isn't it? Get your end reward from SoS and then you can talk to Vorace.

When you get your end reward you will receive 50 draconic runes as the end reward and be flagged to purchase your dragontouched armor.

Your post of "obviousness" was already done well before I made this post.

I have three armors that Ive been working on with the Rune O fortune system. My draconic runes go to get the essences so I can get back into SoS as soon as possible as most people just give me the extra essences from Prey and I run Monastery with a guildie regularly. ETK is the only essence I bother to pick up via Vorace since the runes he can provide I can easily gather from Monastery.


Without Vorace, I have an influx of Draconic Runes that I will be unable to do anything with.

Day 4 without a response. Is this forum used by GM/CMs or just merely a voicing board for players to other players?

One week without response of a Dev to anything Ive noticed in this section of the forums. Still require help.

Just to rule out another thing:

Ran ETK to gather the essence that i required to re-run SoS
Did SoS flawlessly
Gathered reward of Draconic runs from quest giver

Nothing changed with Vorace. Still refuses to acknowledge me.

have 445 draconic runes he has the repeat symbol above his head but wont talk and i have three armours also put a bug report in a month ago no responce :( it seem that if you talk to him and the window opens for selection and you walk away he wont talk to you again just happened to a guildie as well

Awesome....well hope true reincarnating works to reset him otherwise this is gonna to be quite annoying.
