Um, not sure what you mean by unlimited access, that is not a standard term for a subscription in the game. If you mean VIP, the monthly fee, you get access with VIP to ALL the quests in the game. You get every standard race, you get every standard class. EVERYONE in the game has to earn via in game favor (or buy in the store) access to Drow, and Favored Soul. Warforged are a premium race, VIP get them for free, P2P players have to buy them. Monks are a premium Class, VIP get them for free and P2P players have to buy them. It is all spelled out in the options chart on the sign up page.

If you paid for VIP make sure you first went through the process in the myaccount pages.
On the myaccount pages it should list your account as VIP and show the date of expiration or renewal.
If you got a time card or boxed set there's aditional steps but also end listing you as VIP.
Once you are listed as VIP in the myaccount pages you should also see the VIP on the character selection screen.
If you are still shown as PREMIUM or FREE player then contact account support.
The recent issue where premium are demoted to free is also fixed fast via account support.

bought the game from some store or e-store? Or you went into ddo accounts and upgraded to VIP?
Because buying the game from a store you were ripped off since it's free for download off the www.ddo.com site and if you upgraded to VIP in accounts then make sure it accepted your credit card details.

Actually the boxed set includes 30 days of VIP.
In that case you must make sure to access your account in the myaccount pages so that the code is applied to the existing account.
