Why do i not have access to drow, favored soul, and monk

i have upgraded to a vip it states i have a vip account, yet i still have to buy drow, favored soul and monk. I now only get warforged included. What happened? am i missing something. I did pay my fees and everything. so I am curiosu as why i would not get immediate access to all of the races and classes as it was promised to me when i signed up.

vips have to unlock drows and souls too, either via favor or buying in the shop

that you dont get the monk seems strange though as that should be included
esp as you get the wf so you cant be premium still either...strange

then why does it say on all of the literature i have seen and the quck start guide that vip members get access to all races and classes. I looked it over very very carefully and no where in the initial before i bought membership does it say that i can not access drow and favored soul. it does however, very clearly state that i can. Which means you guys are lying to people, and you need to change your policy. If you are saying before we buy our vip memberships that we can access them all then we should be able to access them all and not have to buy it with favor. Look at your quick start guide races all, classes all. right there right up front. so i buy it and now i find out i have to buy yet more. Not cool guys.

The FAQ says 'the ability to play all classes and races.' This does not necessarily imply that you'll get them all right off the bat; many games have locked classes or races in one form or another (often expansion packs).

The 'difference between subscriptions' chart, http://www.ddo.com/vip , shows that some races and classes still require an in-game favor unlock.

I'm not sure where you were looking, but that chart is linked in a few support/account things on the main page, including under 'How much does DDO cost?'

You need to read a little closer it says something about you may have to earn or something looked at everytime I think about going vip

it just is not very clear. when i look at page 2 of the quick start guide and vipist says vip players that choose to subscibe are vip's they gain access to all of teh game's content classes, races and more. and under the chart it is vip classes all vip rades all.

no where in teh quick start guide does it say you have to earn it to unlock it. which is very very unclear. and should be really really clear. even that chart in that link you should me is still not clear what does it mean free to earn or purchase. the same is true for premium and free classes. it is very frustrating to see so many conflicting messages.

i typed in vip in the website and got a run around. i looked the quick start guide was up front and easy to find. the quick start guide defined vip as having access to all of the classes. When i went to turbine to upgrade again i looked and it said i had access to all of the classes. That one little spot on the webstie was so hidden away, and unclear that it was not until after i got the membership that i finally found it. I still feel cheated. Because the two places i could find it it was not clear. It was not clear until after i signed up. So i am sorry you guys think i am an idiot, but this business needs to take responsibiltiy as well to make sure it is very very clear in ALL parts of it including player manual they make so priminently available at the beginning.

that is, but i did not even find it until after i started this thread. When i looked for vip membership info on the ddo i kept getting sent to the forums i searched. I searched the manuel and i downloaded teh pdf. it was not what was said in that web address. when i went to turbine it was not what it said in that web address either. When i tried to find information on the webiste and i typed in search it sent me to the forumns time and time and time again. So i went by the turbine membership and the manual, which said ALL this one little website which i now can finally read was the only thing that mentioned it. the manual needs to be updated so that it is clear. since that is what people are going to read.

It says clearly that you have to earn FvS and Drow so how about you drop it since its not going to change I have been here since before ViP and understand it thats that way it is get over it all your doing is making yourself look bad by beating the subject to the ground.
