Currently there are three sources for Haste that are seperately coded and can be active all at once:
1.) Arcane Haste - caster, bard, potions
2.) Greensteel Haste - a 'x% chance to go off'' effect craftable via Shroud ingreds.
3.) Chocolates from the DDO Store - coded differently to make an attractive 'gift' and/or a useful goodie: exclusive to the DDO store only.
I would like to suggest that since the 'chocolate' haste is already coded into the game there should be an 'in-game' source that is capable of making such a potent item.
How about giving an Arcane a 'capstone' effect of a timed, fully stacking effects Haste spell?
I would expect it to operate very much like the cleric capstone DI - 5 minute lock-out...but I would think it would be better as an area of effect spell that has a shorter duration such as the 3 minutes from the chocolates.
Shouldn't a specialist...such as the level 20 Air Savant Wizard, be a powerful enough entity to craft such a spell with his Capstone prowess?
