Character transfer?

I just read a sticky from 5/18 stating that transfers are disabled, but I'd figure I'd ask just to make sure what I'd like to do was even possible, and if so, how to do it...

I played since beta and was a founder (got my fancy founder's helm on my new toons) and most of my toons are on the Sarlona realm. I came back because of the F2P, but most of my friends now play on Khyber. Is there any way to transfer my Lvl 11 rogue/ranger over from Sarlona?

Transfers have been available in the past. You could transfer from any server to any server except Cannith or Orien. World transfers are not currently available. When they are available again, we will update the sticky, and the form to request a transfer will appear on the Premium Service page again. I'm sorry that we don't have a current expected turn around for this, but we will reactivate the service as soon as we can.
