NOTE: I changed the title to match the final build in Post 12
Elf 13/6/1 Monk/Ranger/Wizard
32 point build
STR 14
DEX 16
CON 14
INT 11
WIS 14
CHA 9
Feats (Granted):
Bow Strength
TWF
ITWF
Rapid Shot
Many Shot
Feats(Taken):
Toughness (monk)
Extend (wizard)
Point Blank Shot
Weapon Focus: Ranged
Dragonmark I
Dragonmark II (Displacement)
GTWF
Precise Shot
Improved Precise Shot
2 monk feats left-over (Combat Expertise? Stunning Fist? Extra Toughness?)
Swap out the two Dragonmarks later (once I craft a bunch of Displacement clickables from Shroud) for
Improved Crit: Ranged
Improved Crit: Bludgeon
Should be a fun build leveling up... Will be 6/3/1 Ranger/Monk/Wizard at 10th level, with ITWF, Manyshot, Arcane Archer I, and Displacement dragonmarks.

What's INT 11 for - to cast wizard spells? If so, I might recommend dump-stating INT and just equip a +3 INT item. Not like you'll have a lot of wizard spells anyway.
Imp Prec Shot requires DEX 19. I would bump your starting DEX to 17 and take a +2 DEX tome. Unless your plan is to put all your lvl-ups into DEX.
How were you going to melee - handwraps? You might want to consider planning around the Whirling Steel Strike feat, which is supposed to be coming in Update 5 (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=248658), which will let monks use longswords while staying centered. That plus your elven LS bonuses might be better DPS.
EDIT: just to toot my own horn, take a look at the Tempest Phoenix (http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p=2982302&postcount=5), a rogue 1 / monk 7 / ranger 12 build which uses longswords via WSS. It goes human Tempest for the healing amp and TWF boost, but it wouldn't be hard to change it to elf AA.

Why 1 Wizard?

INT 11 is so I can use a +2 tome and get INT 13 (required for Combat Expertise, if I decide to get that)
CHA 9 is so I can get to CHA 11 with a +2 tome, and therefore silver flame healing potions become an option (since this guy doesn't have any self-healing)
1 wizard gives you access to Arcane Archer without having to spend a feat on Mental Toughness, plus a lot of spell points to use when activating AA abilities...
Plus, self-cast Shield, Jump, Exp Retreat... is semi-useful...
Thanks for pointing out that Improved Precise Shot requires a 19 DEX... I didn't know that... I'll have to move something around...
I was planning on using Hand-wraps in Air Stance... when not using Manyshot... Longswords is an interesting idea... especially since I have some extra monk feats anyway. But I won't have Tempest, so that's a strike against Longswords...

Hmm.. with the changes to Combat Expertise, and AC in epic, maybe I could go with an AC build...
Elf 13/6/1 Monk/Ranger/Wizard
32 point build
STR 14 + 2 tome + 2 Ram's Might + 6 item = 24
DEX 18 + 2 tome + 2 Ranger + 2 Elf + 6 item + 5 level ups + 3 Air Stance = 38
CON 12
INT 11
WIS 14 +2 tome + 6 item = 22
CHA 9
AC:
AC breakdown:
10 base
14 Dex
6 Wisdom
8 Armor Bracers
5 Protection Item
3 Barkskin
4 Shield
1 Dodge feat
3 Monk
1 Haste
4 Icy Raiments Dodge
4 Shroud Insight
5 Combat Expertise
68
3 Chattering Ring
71
2 Ranger Barkskin
4 Paladin Aura
2 Recitation
4 Bard Song
83
So my two monk feats would be Dodge, and Weapon Finesse...
I've been wanting to roll up a Arcane Archer, AND a monk for a while now... I like this character concept because it lets me play with BOTH in one character.

You end up with a 15 BAB very bad for Manyshot - yes you can clicky but you are forced to always clicky, big benefit to having a 16
You aren't feat starved, and mental toughness is a higher Spell Point gain than Wizard
1 fighter gives you
Hit Points: bigger die + toughness
1 Feat: to make up for Mental Toughness so you only really lose the Wizard Meta feat
16 BAB: Extra Manyshot when not using a clicky
Fighter Haste I

VERY good point on the BAB for manyshot!! Many thanks for pointing that out!
I like the fighter idea... But I lose 4 AC from Shield....
Hmmm.... I don't really need 13 monk... All I get from that is 23 spell resistance... nice but it's something I could give up....
I could go 12/6/2... that also gives me 16 BAB... and a 4 minute shield... I've played wizard splashes before, and I've found 2 minute buffs to be pretty annoying... 4 minutes is a lot easier to work with...
Hmmm.... tough choice....
4 AC - free Extend
23 spell resistance - Fighter Haste I - 14 extra hit points

Hi:)
I posted a similar build with a 12 monk/6 ranger/2 fighter split which I recomend over this.
The 13th monk level is nice for SR but thats it really. Taking 2 fighter levels though gives you enough feats to snag lesser dragonmarks for displacement (and 17 BAB as well).
Choice is up to you which way to go, but 2 fighter levels gives you +1 strength as well, more hp and of course the extra feat.
Don't waste a level on wizard when you have 6 ranger levels already:)

Hmm... you're probably right... However, that Extend sure would be nice... for the dragonmarks and Ram's Might.. Guess I could take two fighter levels, and then take Mental Toughness and Extend as my normal feats...
So basically, I break even on feats... 2 Wizard means I don't need Mental Toughness, and I get Extend for free... 2 Fighter pays for those two feats...
So really, it's a breakdown between 4 AC or +1 STR, Haste Boost, and more hps...
I think you're right... 2 fighter is probably the way to go (Haste Boost with Manyshot sounds really good)
