Went to the DDO store to buy a "Supreme ability tome" but it's not there? DO you have to do something to get them?

you have to be on a character that is lvl 7 or higher, and that has not used any other +2 tome IIRC.

That explains it. Used a +2 tome of dex. Can u give up a tome to get a supreme?

Lame that you can't buy a supreme tome JUST because you used a +2 tome. =/

they're bind to account and iirc you can buy them (but not use them) even on a non level 7 character.. so if you have a spare character slot or just another character that hasnt used any +2 tomes yet you can get it on them and transfer it using the shared bank

Any level can purchase them.

All store items are always bound to account, unless they explicitly state otherwise in there description. That tome doesn't iirc.
