I know that metamagics will affect the amount of healing coming from Dragonmarks, but is there anything else besides inherent healing amp that will to this? Potency or Devotion, maybe?

I have a little Halfling Monk with Dragonmarks and I'd like to see her numbers higher.

Potency, Devotion, Efficacy, Ardor will all boost dragonmark healing.

It won't work for this character, but devotion enhancements work and stack with devotion items. What also will work for you is your healing amplification. It doesn't work on outgoing heals, but all incoming heals, including self heals are boosted. You can get some items to boost this as well.

The numbers will get bigger on their own when you get the third Dragonmark (Heal), and all the stuff Matuse stated will work on that one as well.
The only meta that works on Heal is Empowered Healing.

Check out this post (http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p=2197932&postcount=5) that I made a while back. That should give you an idea of how to increase the output of your Dragonmarks of Healing in a way that fits your build the best.
