I am wondering why my main will not update on MyDDO?

She has been in limbo since EU essentially.
Anything I should do to change this?

myddo is broken in many places. several ppl reported that their chars won't update or show the wrong gear/stats or stuff. i can't recall if anyone got their chars updated/fixed.

Believe it or not, MyDDO is still officially in Beta Testing. Expect issues with it.

i think the trainee that did it, quit and so it will stay a semi-working solution

Got proof? Speculation does nothing to help here. It is most likely issues with coding. Sometimes when you make a toon, then delete it to reroll with the same name, MyDDO will always show the first toon rolled with that name and not the current toon. You may want to contact customer service if it is something you would like looked into. This glitch may make it not possible for that toon to enroll in the lottery.

Don't bother contacting customer service about it. They can't help you. I tried that route.

The odd thing is that for the lottery you will see all variants of that toon listed, but who knows what happens if the old one gets selected as a winner.

Turbine's obviously got some issues with standardized code for character identification because MyDDO, the Lottery system and login all use different methods. It's pretty sloppy implementation really.

No mean to offend. Wasn't attempting to attack you. It just seemd as though you were saying why it was still in beta and broken. no offence taken mate. i happen to be a software engineer and know how broken software comes to the customer
