View Full Version : My subscription $/month downgraded without warning

I have been on the $59.94/6 months subscription since the special offer was made available. There was one hiccup when my credit card expired and I had forgotten to update the new card information. Turbine kindly put me back on the $59.94/6 months plan after I explained my situation.

The charge looked like this after my plan was fixed:
10/29/2009 PURCHASE MADE ON 10/28/09 AT TURBINE INC.-SUBSC
WESTWOOD MA $59.94

However, when I was charged again 6 months later the charge looked like this:
04/28/2010 PURCHASE MADE ON 04/27/10 AT TURBINE INC.-SUBSC
WESTWOOD MA $77.70

Can this be fixed perpetually, or do I have to check on it every 6 months and ask for it to be fixed, or is the $59.94/6 months plan no longer offered to anyone? It would have been very nice to at least receive some notification that the plan was changed back to $77.70/6 months. Thanks.
