What level should I expect to unlock favor rewards?

I couldnt find a thread or a list of quests by favor to do the math with. I have already unlocked Drow, and after the 30% off sale, I now own all of the packs. At what lvl should I be in range with enough quests to unlock 32 point builds? At what level do most people unlock 32 point builds?

I have had 14 characters with 1750+ favor. Just about all of them come around level 16, but I get it naturally w/o farming quests that give 0 exp. I like to run just about every quest while still level appropriate. If you're more of a power gamer, trying to get to cap as fast as possible, you can expect to be going back when you're level 20 for 0 exp and not much of a benefit at all...

All I can tell you is that I'm currently level 12 and I have about 860 favor. I still need to run Tangleroot (haven't touched it) and Elite Sharn, STK, Catacombs, and Delera's, and multiple quests I haven't completed yet (Made to Order). Once I do all that, I imagine I'll be close to 1200 favor.

1750 favor is needed for 32 point builds. That's all I can tell you :)

It all depends on how you run. If you run every single quest on elite, it can be unlocked by L10, if not before. (When the level cap was 10 1750 favor meant running every quest on elite, but they've added low level content since then) Most people however miss stuff as they level and its entirely possible to hit L20 and not be much past 1000 favor.

Generally I'd expect to attain 1750 favor on a non-TR'ed toon well after hitting level 20, and never at all unless you deliberately go out of your way to get it (running quests that you have no incentive to run on Elite at all except favor).

On a TR1 I'd say expect 1750 not long before you hit the cap - on a TR2, maybe by level 14.
