DDO Store window blank

When attempting to open the DDO Store in game, the window opens and the loading circle appears and then all you can see is the background art of the window (2 dwarves with something in thier hand). I clicked the home button and only saw the loading circle appear and disappear. Changing the graphics settings did nothing too. What's wrong?

I clicked the home button and only saw the loading circle appear and disappear. Changing the graphics settings did nothing too. What's wrong?

I'm having a problem with the store too only the background is black and I see random links for things. No pictures at all.
