Diplomacy and Chests: Fact or just plain lucky?

I'm leaning towards just plain lucky XD

I'm on my paladin and I put up a Reaver's Fate on elite raid PUG.

I say I want the Dreamspitter before we start.

We begin and complete. *wow that's amazing >.>*

We open all the regular chests and as we're waiting I'm just being random.

During my randomness, I begin dancing and diplo'd the chest. I also get other people to begin dancing.

Five raid loot drops: Dreamspitter, +3 STR Tome, Stormreaver's Napkin, Head of Good Fortune, and Tenderizer

Guess who pulled the Dreamspitter? That's right. Me.

Of course, the devs themselves said that the diplo myth was false.

Diplomacy not only works on chests but also helps you get agro back from the sniveling kill-stealing caster. :D

OP: Diplomacy always has and always will have an effect upon your lootz!
