Good place to get paper guide?

I'm new to the game, but not to D&D. I have a general idea what most things do but I'd like to find a place where I can read about the skills, the races, the class progression, etc. Are there any guides out there? And by guides, I mean paper guides, not online wiki's and such.

Any paper guide is going to be out of date. You are better off going to ddowiki or reading through the compendium.

Last guide I saw was when the max level was 10. It might be outta print now, I don't think it has been updated, but you may find a used version at one of the big booksellers , such as Amazon or Chapters/Indigo. But here is the address for a pdf. of the guide from Turbine with some updates
