I was googling around trying to figure out a way to get a mouse move setup to work, and it doesn't seem possible... Is that true? This game looks REALLY intriguing, but I don't think I will be able to play without mouse movement. I am used to using my left hand for keybindings, and attacks, and my right hand for movement with the mouse... I want to just bind "Forward" to the left mouse button. If I could do that, all would be good. But it doesn't seem to be possible... Anybody know of an alternative way to do it?
correct you cant and you would cripple your combat ability if you could set it up.

I've never actually tried to re-bind mouse button one or two, but you can most certainly re-bind buttons 3 and 4 (or higher) to move forward, move back, and autorun, among other things.
I think it would take a gamepad or similar to get movement totally off of the keyboard though -- you don't just need forward and back, but also jump, strafe, block, and camera pan all within reach while using the mouse to steer/aim. Movement-related things tend to be at least as important in this game as keybinding-related things; for example, you can avoid death just as effectively by dodging the next attack as by healing yourself in most cases.

gamepads can work well but your still going to get best and easiest play with keyboard and mouse some people do have a hard time with that after playing easier games.

If you cannot map it in game, you can set up a macro with a third-party program to "press" a key when you click your mouse button.
I believe AutoHotKey will do what you need if the game does not.
