I just love this game! And what a great community!

I have been playing DDO for about a week now, and I have to say I absolutely love it! As soon as I round up the money, I plan on getting a paid account because so far, I am thinking it is well worth it. Most of the people are helpful and friendly, which is something a new person to a game doesn’t always find.

I think that my.ddo.com is great too. Nice profile layout, good forum, and this super cool (wordpress based, yay) mini-blog is the bomb!

Thanks so all of you for welcoming me to the Sarlona Server, you guys have been a great help and I appreciate you making my new DDO experience a great one! Hope to make many new friends and play many long hours on here!

Welcome to the party. Ignore the Vets v. Newbies threads and posters. Ask plenty of questions, but don't be afraid to look things up on your own. There is a lot of information available here on the forums, with a lot of threads that are of the "One Stop Shop" for new players varieties.

Welcome! It's great to see the enthusiasm! There are tons of resources and I highly recommend using these forums and the ddowiki to find out all kinds of information that isn't obvious in the game. And welcome especially to Sarlona.. good choice!

Thanks to all of you for the nice replies! I am going to try to make it a point to check the forums at least once a day, when I am not playing, lol.

To the music snob, I get the same **** from my friends, not just with music but with actors and their acting as well. I am an actor/comedian so I am more critical of others a little I guess, but it is just my opinion and we all have those right!
