big problem someone help

okay so the game i always played stopped working for me everytime i would open the launcher it would just say unable to connect unable to update so i looked for a new one and after seeing a commercial i wanted to play this but the same exact thing is happening as if i dont have interenet when i bring up the launcher but i do it just says unable to connect unable to update etc... can someone please help i dont know what to do i just want to play the game

If you were trying to log in the last couple of hours the game servers I believe were down for maintenance this morning. After there is a huge crush of people trying to log in at the same time, wait a couple hours if you can and try again.

Also,check your firewall settings, and make sure your computer isn't denying the games access.

Make sure you check for viruses too,most software/game related issues folks have are because they do no maintenance on their pc's.

Also try the two download options: direct download or Turbine Download Manager.
