Writing on behalf on my friend since the launch of f2p when we got promotional turbine points my friend did not received even a single turbine point and still waiting for it he has lost forum user name and password .

So my friend requested me to put this up in forum and see if anything comes up has turbine forgot my friend to give turbine points in starting and one more thing my friend havent bought anything from the ddo store

So is there any solution for this he/she can farm the points but the question is why he/she did not get the turbine points during the launch of f2p . Thanks

For me when I tried the beta of EU I had to create an extra sub account under my main account. When it went to Live my TP's were given to me under my initial primary account of which I could now access.

Did your friend do the same and did he check the other account?

He did not knew about beta he has only one account first he got the 10 day trial key and made character and played when the trial period was over stopped playing till the time when f2p was launched everyone in the game got turbine points even my other friends who were on trial got the turbine points and they did not played on beta

The same still applies, did he create an extra sub account when he came back for F2P? Or in other words, were his characters still there from the 10 day trial, if they weren't then he has 2 sub accounts set up and the TP's will be on his initial primary account.

There were issues with TPs for some people. You had to fill a manual request using the appropriate support form (from ddo.com support's section) to get them.
I'm not sure how to reset forum account but maybe there's something in the account page? That would be the first place I'd check (http://myaccount.turbine.com/).
