Ways to Reincarnate without spending TP?

So apparently you can TR from tokens dropped in Epic (haven't done Epic yet myself). Is there any way to LR or GR without buying the Hearts via TP?

You might be able to find some unbound +3 lesser hearts floating around, but they won't be cheap. Other than that, there is no way to LR or GR without TP yet.
