Personally I'm not a fan of 'exploiter builds' in the past, particularly because I figure it's only a matter of time before it gets patched up... but i think with the new Update 5 information, it will be hard to argue against the power of tempest/exploiter...

so enjoy it while you can =)
Whirling Steel Strike
Prereqs: Weapon Focus : Slashing; Proficiency in Longswords, Monk Level 1
Benefit: You treat longswords as if they were monk weapons, remaining centered when you wield them.
If you can stay centered, use lightning stance, and get elf-bonuses to longswords, and tempest... well, you do the math.
Zen Archery
Prereqs: +1 Base Attack Bonus, 13 Wisdom
Benefit: You can use your Wisdom bonus instead of Dexterity bonus to determine bonus to attack with ranged missile weapons (but not thrown weapons) if it is higher.
Special: This feat can be selected by fighters as a fighter bonus feat.
Note: Weapon Finesse now has a 13 Dexterity requirement.
Can't say I see a whole lot of point to this one - most AA don't splash, and most ranger that splash... don't use RA... And in any event, it's not super useful at the higher exp end (but with a +1 bab prereq, it's possibly intended for lower levels to be swapped out later). It does add some versatility though, to an elven exploiter, tempest/aa (if you can even pack all that in).
