"Named" Weapons

With the way greensteel weapons are made, I think it'd be awesome if a player could actually name the weapon instead of everyone running around with the same greensteel title to their wep... i mean the player literally built the weapon from scratch and designed the effects.... why not be able to name it??? :D

Ya, like we want to hear about some barb making a greensteel greatsword and naming it epeen. Then the next party we join is yet another barb with the exact same weapon and name. Get the idea?
